Pause and clarify.
Take a moment to describe what’s on your mind.
It doesn’t need to be clear or well-structured.
1) One concern only
Write one single concern you are dealing with right now.
Not a story.
Not multiple questions.
One sentence only.
Example: “I am unsure whether to continue this plan.”
2) What is unclear
What part of this situation is actually unclear to you?
Is it timing, people, consequences, or direction?
Example: “I don’t know what will happen if I wait.”
3) What you are NOT asking for
State clearly what you are not asking this system to do.
This prevents dependency and projection.
Example: “I am not asking for a decision or prediction.”
You may stop here.
If writing this has already clarified your thinking, there is no need to continue.
